Before his current digs, I knew Chef Ian as the man in charge of the menu at Murphy’s in Virginia Highland which is a restaurant of Atlanta infamy it’s own. Now, at Mission + Market in Buckhead, he's bringing his perspective on global cuisine to your plate with a menu that celebrates favorites found for all. I caught up with Chef at the restaurant to hear his story — which I know you’re going to love.
